Kişisel Verilerin Korunmasına İlişkin Aydınlatma Metni
Bu metin, Start Frame Agency tarafından, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu uyarınca
kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin olarak hazırlanmıştır.
1. Veri Sorumlusu
KVKK kapsamında veri sorumlusu Start Frame Agency’dir.
2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler
Faaliyetler kapsamında;
- Kimlik ve iletişim bilgileri,
- İş ilişkileri kapsamında paylaşılan sınırlı kurumsal bilgiler
işlenmektedir.
3. İşleme Amaçları
Kişisel veriler;
- Hizmet sunumu,
- Yapay zekâ destekli içerik üretimi,
- Sosyal medya ve kampanya süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
- Sözleşmesel ve hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
amaçlarıyla işlenir.
4. Hukuki Sebep
Kişisel veriler;
- KVKK m.5/2-c (sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası),
- KVKK m.5/2-ç (hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi)
hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenmektedir.
5. Aktarım
Kişisel veriler, mevzuata uygun olmak kaydıyla ve gerekli güvenlik önlemleri alınarak aktarılabilir.
6. Haklar
İlgili kişiler, KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca;
- Kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme talep etme,
- İşlemeye itiraz etme
haklarına sahiptir.
